The Vjosa is widely celebrated as the "Blue Heart of Europe" — Europe's last large wild river, flowing entirely free and un-dammed from the Pindus Mountains in Greece to the Adriatic Sea. In 2023, it became Europe's first Wild River National Park. Its naturally shifting riverbed makes every rafting trip a completely unique experience.

Yes. Our Half-Day Vjosa Rafting tour is family-friendly for ages 6+, runs Class II–III rapids, and requires zero prior experience. All participants receive a neoprene wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, and neoprene shoes. Every group is led by internationally certified river guides born and raised in Përmet.

The adventure season runs April–October. Spring (April–June) offers the highest water levels and most exciting rapids. Summer (July–August) is ideal for families with calmer, warmer water and perfect hiking weather. All tours run daily 08:00–20:00.
