These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of raftinginpermet.com and your booking of any tour or activity offered by Rafting in Permet ("we", "us", "our"), based in Përmet, Albania. By browsing our website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.
Rafting in Permet offers guided outdoor adventure activities in the Përmet region, including but not limited to: white-water rafting on the Vjosa River, extreme rafting, canoeing, canyoning in the Lengarica Canyon, hiking, 4x4 off-road safaris, the Bee Park experience, and multi-activity combo packages. Tour descriptions, durations, and prices are listed on the relevant tour pages of our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Bookings can be requested via the form on our website or directly via WhatsApp/phone. A booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team. Once confirmed, we will provide you with meeting time, location, and any preparation instructions for your activity.
Prices are listed per person in Euros (€) and are current at the time of publication. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in cash on the day of the activity, before or after the tour, at our base in Përmet. Bank transfer may be arranged for group bookings on request. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website.
Our activities take place outdoors in natural environments and involve a degree of physical exertion and risk. Participants should be in reasonable health and free from conditions that could be aggravated by water sports, hiking, or off-road travel. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be subject to minimum age or weight requirements depending on the activity, river conditions, and equipment available. If you have any medical concerns, please inform us before booking.
All necessary safety equipment (life jackets, helmets, and other gear appropriate to the activity) is provided and must be worn as instructed by our guides at all times during the activity. Participants must follow all safety instructions given by guides. We reserve the right to refuse participation, or to remove a participant from an activity, if we believe continued participation poses a safety risk.
Outdoor adventure activities such as rafting, canyoning, and off-road driving carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, that cannot be entirely eliminated by safety precautions. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and confirm your participation is voluntary. To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, Rafting in Permet shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of gross negligence).
Many of our tours operate rain or shine. However, in the event of conditions that our guides determine to be unsafe (for example, flooding, lightning storms, or river levels outside safe operating limits), we may postpone, modify, or cancel an activity for safety reasons. All text, images, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Rafting in Permet unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Albania.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
